We are hiring for the role of Category Manager at Cranberry.Fit
- Location: at our HQ in Bengaluru
- Time: Full time, 5 days a week (8 hours/day)
- Salary: 8-12 LPA
- Can start as soon as possible
🛠️ Your Role
- Category Strategy: Develop and execute the category strategy to drive growth and profitability.
- Product & Portfolio Management: Manage the product portfolio, including new product launches and optimizing the existing assortment.
- P&L Management: Own and manage the category's P&L, focusing on revenue, margin, and profitability targets.
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and engage potential new clients through various channels, managing the initial stages of the sales funnel.
- Customer Service: Handle post-delivery inquiries, providing top-notch support and maintaining customer satisfaction.
🔍 What would make you a strong fit?
1. ONLY apply if you can come for an in-person interview in Bangalore
2. Degree from a Tier 1 college with graduating year 2023 OR earlier
3. Minimum 2-4 years working experience of partnership and sales at tech companies
4. You have hands-on experience in D2C, e-comm or pharma, specifically with P&L
5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
6. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
