Role Description

- Preparing detailed working drawings as per technical standards, codes, specifications, and project requirements.
- Create 3D models and renders to communicate design intent.
- Conduct site supervision, take accurate measurements, and ensure design execution aligns with plans.
- Ensure quality checking and assurance of drawings, reports, and calculation deliverables as per client requirements.
- Ensure compliance with standards and timely delivery of high-quality designs.
- Coordinating with stakeholders for BIM integration pertaining to architectural, civil, interior. and services.
- Coordinating with teams for proposed and ongoing activities at the site to ensure that deadlines, procedures, and other project requirements are met.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in CAD and Knowledge of 3D software are a must. Note: Proficiency in Archicad is highly preferred.
- Attention to detail in revising drawings and verifying dimensions.
- Knowledge of Indian and international codes and standards.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to maintain project documentation.
- Degree / Diploma in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience in the infrastructure or construction industry is a plus.

Location

Remote / hybrid. But the candidate must be based in Karnal, Haryana, for site visits & meetings.
