Job Description

Were looking for an experienced and versatile Video Editor & Graphic Designer who can bring stories to life through impactful visuals. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of finance and design, shaping how our brand is seen and experienced across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities:

Video Editing:

- Edit engaging video content for social media, podcasts, promotional campaigns, and internal communications.
- Handle all aspects of post-production: cutting, sound editing, colour correction, motion graphics, transitions, and final delivery.
- Create short-form video content (reels, stories, YouTube Shorts, etc.) optimized for digital platforms.
- Work closely with marketing and content teams to ensure videos align with brand messaging and goals.

Graphic Design:

- Design marketing materials including social media creatives, infographics, banners, brochures, email templates, and event collateral.
- Translate complex ideas into visually compelling designs while maintaining consistency with the brands visual language.
- Contribute to conceptualizing new campaign ideas and design strategies.
- Collaborate with teams across content, marketing, and operations to support multi-channel design needs.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience in a digital marketing agency or similar environment in finance industry.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Figma (for design), Premiere Pro, After Effects (for video editing).
- Strong foundation in typography, colour theory, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Experience in creating static creatives, marketing collateral, social media posts, reels and short-form videos, email templates and motion graphics
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deliver high-quality output under tight deadlines.
- Good understanding of brand identity and maintaining visual consistency.
- Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong team player attitude.
