- Handling customer inquiries and providing assistance with ticketing issues.
- Coordinating with airlines to ensure accurate and timely ticket confirmation.
- Maintaining records of ticket transactions and customer interactions.
- Providing excellent customer service and addressing customer complaints promptly.
Skills and Qualifications
- Strong communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Proficiency in using ticketing software and systems.
