Job Description Primary Objective: As a technical developer, you will be instrumental in driving digital transformation by designing and implementing innovative solutions within the Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud environment. You will collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and efficient solutions. Key Responsibilities - Technical Development: Create and develop strong technical solutions by utilizing your knowledge of VBCS, PL/SQL, SOAP, REST, APEX, ATP Database, OTBI, and ADFDI. - Requirement Analysis: Actively participate in collaborative discussions to analyze complex business requirements and propose innovative, technology-driven solutions. - Solution Design: Create comprehensive design documents outlining the technical architecture and implementation strategy to ensure alignment with business objectives. - Performance Optimization: Continuously monitor and optimize system performance to deliver exceptional user experiences. - Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve technical challenges proactively, demonstrating a strong aptitude for troubleshooting and problem-solving. Qualifications And Experience - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud development. - Technical Proficiency: - Deep understanding of PL/SQL, SQL, and database concepts. - Proficiency with XML, JSON, and web services (SOAP, REST). - Proficiency in VBCS, APEX, and other Oracle Fusion development tools. - Knowledge of integration technologies (OIC, FBDI, ADF DI). - Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion ERP Cloud architecture and modules. - Soft Skills: - Outstanding analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities to work well with a variety of teams. - the capacity to function both alone and together. - A passion for learning and staying updated with emerging technologies.
