Support in managing press kits, digital assets, and promotional materials. 3. Content Creation & Social Media Management Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging digital content for social media, websites, and event campaigns. Capture photos and videos during events for promotional purposes. Assist in scheduling social media posts, stories, and updates related to events. Monitor engagement, reach, and performance metrics for social media campaigns. 4. On-Ground Event Execution Be actively involved in event day setup, registrations, and guest management. Coordinate with volunteers, vendors, and technical teams for smooth execution. Assist with backstage management, briefing sessions, and media interactions. Ensure brand guidelines are maintained during events. 5. Market Research & Trend Analysis Conduct research on industry trends, competitor events, and media campaigns. Suggest innovative ideas to enhance event visibility and audience engagement. Stay updated on the latest digital marketing and event promotion strategies. 6. Reporting & Documentation Prepare post-event reports summarizing event performance, attendance, and audience feedback. Assist in analyzing ROI, media coverage, and social media reach. Maintain records of all events, sponsorships, and collaborations for future reference. Skills & Competencies Required 1. Technical Skills Basic knowledge of event planning, social media marketing, and public relations. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Google Workspace. Familiarity with design tools like Canva, Photoshop, or video-editing software (preferred but not mandatory). Understanding of social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. 2.
