Mission : To design and build Safe , smart, critical, and complex technical machines/automatic lines for Schneider Electric plants ( India in particular ) at the right Quality , cost , delivery. All know-how embedded should be kept inside Schneider. Description : To design and realize the machines ordered on Machine development Centre (MDC )India. To realize the machine in his / her specialty , set-up until final qualification at customer side with right level (Quality , Cost , Delivery). New equipment developing Equipment study and definition: To participate in the costing phases of MDC business, identify key points requiring prototypes and feasibility studies Equipment design and setup: To do electrotechnical design (calculation of electrical results, simulation of electrical effect) To do electrical design (BOM and Schema) To support electrical part procurement To support technician and automation engineer setup equipment and calibrate devices and power sources Equipment commissioning: To participant equipment final qualification and provide the technical support to customers To define and update the documentation the solutions and the calibration procedures Provide expertise on various subjects : To define, deploy, and train Electrical design standard with safety design to plants and equipment suppliers To setup testing laboratories To diagnose and analyze issues of production equipment with instrumentation To investigate production process applicability by complex expertise To support the Industrial Mandatory Requirement (IMR) for Key Process Qualifications Education: Bachelor's degree of Electrical Eng./ Diploma with 7+years of exp. Job Related Experience: Have enough experience of customized equipment Electrical design, assembly, and adjustment. 7 -10 years related working experience on discrete industry customized Equipment Design high and low current/voltage electrical instrumentation, power electronic, amplification Business Understanding: Very good knowledge of discrete industry process and machine Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills): 1.Good knowledge and experience of: Equipment electrical design with safety rules Design high and low current/voltage electrical instrumentation Industrial Automation products and its selection PLC's , Motors , Sensors , Vision etc Power electronic and Amplification EMC FCT, ICT , PCBA Testers 2.Good knowledge and usage of Electrical design softwares like SEE Electrical Expert,/E-plan 3.Electric /Solid Work Electrical / Auto CAD electrical 4.English both oral and written 5.Communication skill for technical exchanging with Customers 6.Equipment & Process solution creation Schedule: Full-time Req: 0099JK
