Job Description JUNIOR GRAPHIC DESIGNER- (2+ Years Experience) Position: Junior Graphic Designer Experience Required: 2-3 Years Location: Bangalore Model : Hybrid Joining: Immediate PROFILE SUMMARY Highly creative and fast-paced Junior Graphic Designer with 3+ years of professional experience in producing high-quality visual content. Skilled in delivering 89 creatives per day, managing multiple projects simultaneously, and working efficiently under tight deadlines. Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, and basic video creation for social media, including AI-powered short reels. Strong understanding of design aesthetics, brand consistency, and modern digital trends. Excellent English communication and a strong sense of responsibility. KEY SKILLS - Adobe Photoshop (Expert) - Adobe Illustrator (Advanced) - Basic Video Editing & AI Reels Creation - Fast & consistent creative output (89 graphics/day) - Understanding branding, layouts, typography - Ability to work in fast-paced environments - Time management & deadline-oriented delivery - Visual storytelling for social media - Creative problem-solving - Good communication skills (English strong verbal & written) RESPONSIBILITIES - Create daily graphics for social media, websites, events, and campaigns - Produce high-quality visual designs aligned with brand guidelines - Work on multiple creatives per day while maintaining quality and speed - Design reels, short videos, and AI-assisted content for platforms like Instagram & Facebook - Collaborate with marketing and social media teams - Adapt quickly to feedback and changes in requirements - Ensure all deliverables meet the timeline and maintain creative consistency - Brainstorm and propose fresh visual ideas for campaigns TOOLS & SOFTWARE PROFICIENCY - Adobe Photoshop - Adobe Illustrator - Adobe Premiere Pro / CapCut (basic) - Canva (optional) - AI Tools (Midjourney, DALLE, Runway preferred) QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree in Design / Visual Arts / Animation / Related field (preferred) - 3+ years of experience in graphic design - Strong portfolio with social media, branding, and digital creatives WORK EXPECTATIONS Ability to produce 89 creatives per day High level of creativity and attention to detail Ability to work independently & handle urgent tasks Strong understanding of digital trends & sports branding (bonus) BENEFITS - Competitive salary - Fast-growing environment - Opportunity to work on dynamic creative projects - Skill development through AI-driven creative tools
