Position Overview-
As a FinOps Executive, you will be responsible for supporting the financial operations of the company and ensuring efficient and accurate financial processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day financial activities, including accounts payable and receivable, invoicing, and expense management.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records and documentation.
- Conduct periodic financial reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports, statements, and forecasts.
- Contribute to the development of financial models and scenarios for decision-making purposes.
- Prepare financial analysis reports, including key performance indicators, financial ratios, and profitability analysis.
- Assist in the preparation of management reports and presentations to provide insights into financial performance.
- Conduct financial data analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Support the preparation of financial reports for regulatory compliance.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operation.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and reporting standards.
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to resolve financial-related issues and inquiries.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in financial operations or related roles.
- Solid understanding of financial principles and accounting practices.
- Strong analytical skills with an attention to detail.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Knowledge of regulatory compliance and reporting standards is a plus.
- Candidates with the below mentioned skill set will be given preference.
