Role Overview:

We are seeking a fun loving and enthusiastic Content & Communications Executive to work with a leading Media agency in Pune

The ideal candidate will have the ability to produce long-form articles, thought-leadership pieces, and marketing copy that resonates with diverse audiences while maintaining brand voice and editorial standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Research, write, and edit high-quality content for websites, blogs, newsletters, press releases, whitepapers, and social media.
- Conduct interviews and gather information from subject-matter experts, stakeholders, and industry sources.
- Develop story ideas and pitch creative concepts aligned with business goals.
- Ensure accuracy, clarity, and editorial integrity in all content produced.
- Adapt content for multiple formats (print, digital, social) while maintaining a consistent tone and style.
- Collaborate with marketing, PR, and design teams to create integrated content strategies.
- Stay updated on industry trends, SEO best practices, and emerging digital content formats.
- Manage content calendars, deadlines, and multiple projects simultaneously.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, or related field.
- 0-2 years of professional writing/editing experience, preferably in media houses, digital agencies, or corporate communications.
- Strong storytelling skills with the ability to write engaging, factual, and reader-friendly content.
- Proficiency in AP Style or other editorial style guides.
- Excellent research skills and ability to simplify complex topics.
- Knowledge of SEO and keyword optimization techniques.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail.

Preferred

- Experience in business journalism, lifestyle writing, or corporate content creation.
- Familiarity with content management systems (WordPress, Drupal, etc.).
- Basic understanding of analytics tools to measure content performance.
