Optometrist Location Barabanki District Blocks Ramnagar Suratganj Dariyabad Tiakaitganj About MedoPlus MedoPlus Services Pvt Ltd is a health-tech company dedicated to facilitating the healthcare journey of all Presently MedoPlus connects people with recognized and qualified doctors and specialists auto connects to recognised partner labs and hospitals as needed and manages health records of patients through a specially designed MedoPlus App To assist villagers unable to use the App themselves MedoPlus sets up a network of village-based healthcare assistants called Medo MITR who guide the villagers to appropriate doctors labs and hospitals using the MedoPlus App Already 550 doctors specialists labs and hospitals in central UP districts are working on the MedoPlus platform and MedoPlus has established a network of MedoMITR in 500 villages MedoPlus has successfully completed more than 1 5 lakh health transactions MedoPlus was declared winner of the FICCI Healthcare Excellence awards 2024 Sankalp award 2024 by Bharat artha and Swiss Re Foundation Zurich award in 2023 for its services MedoPlus is establishing its own physical Clinics featuring modern facilities and state-of-the-art equipment in 5 block towns of Barabanki district of UP These clinics will offer services of OPD medicine dispensation instant lab tests for major parameters sample collection health insurance health loans Ayushmann services etc Each Clinic will be supported by a full time nurse pharmacist phlebotomist and optometrist These clinics will offer OPD consultations and treatment by a Physician Gynaecologist Paediatrician and Dentist on a rotation basis Each Clinic will be supported by 25 village based MedoMITR who will guide rural patients to these Clinics MedoPlus plans to establish 200 clinics in PAN India in the next three years Employees will grow along with the organization Details about work location and timings MedoPlus will provide OPD services at five modern rural clinics situated at block town level of Barabanki district These clinics visit on a fixed day of the week therefore serving out of all these five clinics at least once a week The Clinic will be appropriately equipped to facilitate your work MedoPlus requires 4 young and dynamic Optometrists as franchisees at Dariyabad Tikaitganj Suratganj and Ramnagar as its in-house Optometrists at MedoPlus Clinics being set up in 4 locations in Barabanki district Requirements Should have Bachelor of Optometry or equivalent qualification with necessary General Optical Council GOC registration license to practice as optometrist which has NOT been associated with any other distributor retailer facility Have good knowledge of using refractometer and other equipment Inventory management has to be in line with the SOPs Manage P L of the optometrist store 100 automated billing through MedoPlus App only Ability to work on computers and smartphones Skills Minimum 1-2 years of experience in optical retail preferred Basic knowledge of ophthalmic lenses and frames Good communication and customer service skills Attention to detail and ability to multitask Knowledge of using a lensometer and taking measurements preferred Familiarity computer operation Adherence of following regulations - Sufficient stocks to be maintained so that no shortage of any product is observed All SOPs of upkeep stock management has to be maintained Timing for opening and closing of Optical Shop 9 00 am - 09 00 pm Incentive Applicable over and above salary Job Type Full-time Pay 10 000 00 - 12 000 00 per month Application Question s Have you ever managed or operated an optical store before Yes No Are you familiar with products like prescription glasses sunglasses contact lenses and frames Are you aware of any regulatory requirements for running an optical store Are you a qualified optometrist with a degree diploma in optometry Yes No Have you worked in a clinical or retail optical setup before Yes No Are you comfortable using an auto-refractometer Yes No Are you trained to detect common eye conditions like glaucoma or cataract Yes No Are you familiar with maintaining patient records digitally Yes No Can you join immediately or within a short notice period Yes No Work Location In person
