Product Support Specialist- Life Science Research Products

Location: Delhi We are looking for a hard-working, competent, and organized individual from Biotech Background to join our team as a Product Support Specialist in Delhi. You will be responsible for managing customer relationships and discovering new leads, suggesting improvements to processes, and assisting the team. Job description · Prepare and send quotations using software/Excel; update pricing based on product value, category, and management-defined margins. · Maintain a quotation database, ensure timely follow-ups, and communicate effectively with customers. · Identify new prospects in the market and expand the company’s customer base as well as product portfolio. · Coordinate with internal departments and suppliers to ensure accurate product listings, datasheets, and pricing. · Prepare purchase orders · Prepare all necessary documents for tenders, annual rate contracts, and customs clearance. · Plan and execute scientific marketing activities, workshops, technical meetings, and customer engagement initiatives. · Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including training and discussions with clients. Education and Skills · Master’s degree in Biotechnology. · Experience preferred. . Strong theoretical knowledge of science and biotechnology. · Experience with MS Office. · Basic Mathematics skills required. · Having the ability to work under deadlines. · Ability to prioritize assigned workload. · Ability to manage time effectively, to prioritize and complete tasks required · Good communication skills, telephone manners, and tone Employment Type: Full-time (10:00 Am to 6:00 PM)
