Dynamics CRM Consultant Technical Functional Experience 4 - 10 Years Location Gandhinagar Gujarat Employment Type Full-time Permanent About the Role We are looking for experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Professionals Technical or Functional who are passionate about delivering robust CRM solutions The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE Customer Engagement excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a client-facing environment Key Responsibilities For Technical Consultant Design develop and customize Dynamics 365 CE solutions using plugins workflows Power Automate JavaScript and C Integrate Dynamics CRM with other business systems using Azure APIs or middleware Develop reports and dashboards using Power BI or SSRS Manage and maintain CRM environments deployments and version upgrades Work closely with Functional Consultants and business users to translate requirements into technical solutions For Functional Consultant Gather analyze and document business requirements and translate them into CRM solutions Configure entities forms views business rules and workflows within Dynamics 365 Provide functional expertise in modules like Sales Customer Service Marketing or Field Service Conduct user training UAT sessions and ensure smooth adoption of CRM systems Collaborate with technical teams to ensure business requirements are accurately implemented Required Skills Qualifications 4-10 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Dynamics 365 CE Strong understanding of CRM architecture entities workflows and business process flows Hands-on experience with Power Platform Power Apps Power Automate Power BI is preferred Knowledge of integration tools Azure services and Dataverse is a plus Excellent communication client interaction and documentation skills Microsoft Certifications Dynamics 365 Power Platform are an advantage Why Join Us Opportunity to work on end-to-end CRM implementation and support projects Collaborative and learning-focused environment Exposure to latest Microsoft technologies and enterprise clients
