Job Description Description We are seeking a motivated and experienced individual for the position of Opening-RM/Sr. RM-Life Insurance in our Direct/Agency Sales division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, particularly in life insurance, and possess the skills necessary to drive sales growth and provide exceptional service to our clients. Responsibilities - Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their insurance needs. - Promote and sell life insurance products through direct and agency channels. - Conduct market research to identify potential clients and sales opportunities. - Provide clients with information about the features and benefits of various insurance products. - Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. - Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process. - Prepare and present reports on sales performance and market trends. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field. - 1-7 years of experience in sales, preferably in life insurance or financial services. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). - Ability to build and maintain client relationships. - Knowledge of life insurance products and market trends. - Sales-oriented mindset with a proven track record of achieving sales targets. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
