Job Title: Oracle Fusion Finance Functional Consultant

Location: PAN India

Role Type: Individual Contributor

Key Responsibilities:

- Implementation & Configuration:
- Lead or support end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials modules:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management
- Subledger Accounting (SLA)
- Fusion Tax
- Configure financial modules based on client requirements using Oracle best practices.
- Functional Consulting:
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions with business stakeholders.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and design functional solutions.
- Prepare functional specifications for reports, extensions, and integrations.
- Testing & Deployment:
- Develop and execute test scripts for CRP, SIT, and UAT phases.
- Support production cutover and post-go-live stabilization.
- Data Migration & Integration:
- Define and oversee financial data migration strategies.
- Collaborate with technical teams for integrations using FBDI, Web Services, and OTBI.
- Training & Documentation:
- Conduct user training and prepare user manuals.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshoot issues.
- Project Collaboration:
- Work closely with project managers, business analysts, and cross-functional teams.
- Participate in design reviews and solution validation.

Required Skills & Experience:

- Experience:
- 5+ years in Oracle ERP Financials, with 2–3 years in Fusion Cloud.
- Minimum one full-cycle Fusion Financials implementation.
- Experience in industries like manufacturing, retail, banking, or public sector.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Hands-on experience with Fusion Spreadsheet Loader, FBDI, OTBI, and Financial Reporting Studio.
- Familiarity with Oracle Application Composer and workflow configurations.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication and client-handling skills.
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to work independently and in global delivery models.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or IT.
- Professional certifications like Oracle Cloud Financials, CA, CMA, or MBA Finance.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts and travel onsite if required.
