CTC Range: Upto 30.0 L/A

About the Company: It is an Indian e-commerce marketplace aggregator company primarily focused on facilitating online sales for various brands across different product categories like home appliances, kitchenware, sports equipment, and more, essentially acting as a platform for manufacturers and suppliers to reach a wider online customer base through major e-commerce platforms.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to support the Managing Director in strategic decision-making, investment analysis, and business development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong financial acumen, research capabilities, and the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders, including legal, tax, and investment professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Strategic Research & Analysis:

 Conduct in-depth research on competitors, market trends, and potential acquisition targets,

providing actionable insights.

 Analyze industry reports, engage with consultants, and finalize the scope of external

stakeholders.

 Perform competitive analysis and evaluate strategic business scenarios.

B. Financial Analysis & Investment Evaluation:

 Develop and maintain financial models to assess business opportunities and investments.

 Evaluate investment proposals and assist in due diligence processes.

 Prepare MIS reports for family office investments and track financial performance.

 Assist in tax planning and structuring in collaboration with tax consultants.

C. Business Development & Stakeholder Management:

 Support new business initiatives by collecting and analyzing relevant data.

 Prepare creative presentations and reports for decision-making.

 Act as a liaison between the Managing Director and internal/external stakeholders.

 Work with legal teams, investment bankers, and tax consultants on corporate structuring and

compliance.

D. Corporate Strategy & Execution:

 Contribute to corporate brand-building initiatives and strategic planning.

 Assist in documentation of reports, agreements, and investment-related documents.

 Support fundraising efforts for new business ventures.

 Monitor the performance of new initiatives and provide analytical insights.

Key Skills & Competencies:

 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

 Proficiency in financial modelling and business valuation

 Excellent communication and presentation skills

 Ability to manage multiple projects and coordinate with various stakeholders

 Strong research and market analysis capabilities

 Knowledge of investment structuring, tax planning, and corporate finance
