Role & responsibilities

- To ensure day to day equipment trouble shooting is done in appropriate manner.
- To make proper RCA for breakdown works & reoccurring maintenance issues of the plant.
- To make list of spare parts & inventory planning with indents.
- Proper manpower management with respect to the jobs.
- Appropriate quality testing of Purchased spare parts etc.
- To plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules as per annual plan and reduce equipment down time.
- To minimize breakdowns through rigorous efforts on preventive maintenance & its quality.
- To support production department during change-over of products.
- To comply with IMS systems, procedures & documentation works.
- To ensure safety at the workplace.
- Compliances & adherences to the statutory testing of form no 9/10/11
