Responsibilities - Manage and maintain the Management Information System (MIS) for logistics operations. - Prepare accurate and timely reports for management analysis. - Analyze data and provide insights to improve operational efficiency. - Collaborate with various departments to ensure data accuracy and completeness. - Assist in the development of new MIS tools and reports as needed. - Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to stakeholders. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - 2-6 years of experience in MIS or data analysis, preferably in the logistics sector. - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables. - Experience with database management and SQL. - Familiarity with reporting tools such as Tableau or Power BI. - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
