Company Overview Advertising Saga headquartered in Mumbai is a leading Amazon Digital Marketing Agency Founded by Amazon expert Viral Jain the company is dedicated to helping clients dominate their category and grow profitability on Amazon With a team of experts Advertising Saga has achieved sales exceeding INR 10 crores for its clients The company operates with a team of 11-50 employees focusing on enhancing client success on Amazon Job Overview Advertising Saga is seeking a dedicated Backend Developer Intern for a full-time internship position based in Mumbai This junior-level position is ideal for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in web development The intern will gain hands-on experience in backend development working on projects that impact client growth and profitability on Amazon Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in Python programming language is mandatory for developing efficient backend solutions Mandatory skill Experience or knowledge of FastAPI framework to build high-performance web services Mandatory skill Proficient in API development ensuring smooth data flow between server and client applications Mandatory skill Understanding of back-end web development principles with the ability to implement server-side logic efficiently Basic knowledge of database management including design and optimization techniques Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to define design and deliver new features and enhancements Strong problem-solving skills with an aptitude for identifying solutions to technical challenges Eagerness to learn new technologies and frameworks as needed to support project execution and enhancements Roles and Responsibilities Assist in the development and maintenance of back-end solutions that enhance client success on Amazon Collaborate with the team to design develop and implement APIs that support web and mobile applications Contribute to code reviews ensuring code quality and adherence to established coding standards Monitor and troubleshoot performance issues in the back-end system to maintain application stability Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning and retrospective meetings Conduct research to explore new technologies and implement innovative solutions that improve operational efficiency Provide support in the documentation of development processes technical specifications and project requirements Engage with the team in brainstorming sessions to contribute ideas for new product features and enhancements
