Role Overview: The Product Head will be responsible for leading GEA's core technology product ecosystem, including ERP/CRM platforms and new digital initiatives. This strategic leadership role blends product innovation, project delivery, and team management ensuring we build intelligent, scalable, and user-centric systems that enhance our business capabilities and student experience. This position will play a pivotal role in driving digital transformation for GEA Group globally. Key Responsibilities: Product Strategy & Vision - Define product roadmap aligned with business goals and user needs - Evaluate emerging market and technology trends to drive product competitiveness - Lead discovery, feature prioritization, and product lifecycle from concept to deployment Digital Transformation & Technology Delivery - Oversee full ERP and CRM implementations, upgrades, and integrations - Manage software development lifecycle (SDLC) using Agile methodologies - Ensure timely delivery of secure, high-performance solutions Team & Stakeholder Enablement - Lead and mentor an in-house team of 35 engineers across backend, frontend, and full-stack profiles - Partner closely with cross-functional teams operations, academics, sales, marketing & leadership - Communicate product initiatives effectively across multiple stakeholder levels Innovation & Future Technology - Integrate AI/ML models including LLMs and RAG-based enhancements within digital products - Strengthen data-driven decision-making through advanced analytics and automation - Continuously optimize platform usability, scalability, and performance Qualifications & Experience - 1015 years of IT/Technology experience in product or solution leadership roles - 58 years managing product and engineering teams in fast-paced environments - Strong hands-on technical experience in: Front-end: HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks & Back-end: SQL, Python, Java (or equivalent) - Knowledge of product frameworks, discovery techniques, and Agile execution - Exposure to AI/ML technologies ideally LLM-driven solutions - Exceptional communication, stakeholder management & strategic thinking skills - Experience in EdTech or SaaS will be an advantage.
