Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record of managing complex IT enterprise projects using Agile methodologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering high-impact technology initiatives while coordinating cross-functional teams and ensuring business alignment.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the planning and execution of IT enterprise projects from initiation to delivery.
- Apply Agile practices (Scrum/Kanban) to manage sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives, and backlog prioritization.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams — product, engineering, QA, DevOps, and client stakeholders.
- Define project scope, objectives, schedules, and resource allocation.
- Identify and manage risks, dependencies, and change requests proactively.
- Track project progress, prepare status reports, and present updates to senior leadership and clients.
- Ensure adherence to quality, compliance, and budgetary constraints.
- Mentor and guide team members in Agile best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA or PMP/CSM certification is a plus).
- 5+ years of experience managing IT enterprise projects in an Agile environment.
- Proven expertise in Agile frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and tools (JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).
- Experience coordinating with large, cross-functional teams across geographies.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of SDLC, DevOps culture, and enterprise technology landscapes.

Preferred Experience

- Background in Banking, BFSI, or FinTech projects.
- Exposure to emerging technologies such as APIs, microservices, Blockchain, or AI/ML.
- Experience delivering SaaS or cloud-native enterprise products.
