WBO TFC - Document Scrutinizer INTERNAL USAGE No of Vacancies - Reports to WBO TFC -Portfolio Manager or WBO TFC - Team Lead NPH Is a Team leader - Team Size - Grade MGR SM AVP Business WBO TFO Department TFC Sub-Department Location Airoli Hyderabad Kolkata Noida About Department The Transaction banking operations department helps in managing the transaction in the banks Transaction Banking TB can be defined as the set of instruments and services that a bank offers to trading partners to financially support their reciprocal exchanges of goods e g trade monetary flows e g cash or commercial papers e g exchanges Trade Finance Center handles the imports exports transactions Export Finance BG LC Collections Advance Remittances Open Account Payments Capital Account transactions Trade outward Remittances and routing of SWIFT messages About Role The Trade Finance Center is responsible for compliance of outward remittance Inward Remittance and multi-currency card of PAN India branches They are responsible for Processing and verification of Export Outward and Inward Remittance Capital Account Export Finance FLC issuance and Bill FBG and others Key Responsibilities Ensure Cost Control for the FY and manage operational loss Handle customer Complaints and ensure adherence to prescribed TAT for customer centric clear transactions non rejection cases Ensure Error-free compliance of transactions and processing of retail forex transactions as well as SWIFT payments Implement Automation of Processes Ensure Reduction in number of audit irregularities timely rectification and prompt reconciliation of GL heads Qualifications Optimal qualification for success on the job is Graduate MBA preferred Additional Certificate course related to Banking sector 03 to 10 years of Work Experience Role Proficiencies For successful execution of the job the candidate should possess the following Knowledge of banking products and services Knowledge of regulatory guidelines and norms Good communication both verbal and written skill in both English and the local language Ability to manage complex client situations Ability to manage risk and uncertainty for self and team within a dynamic priority-setting environment Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines Skills Refer to the About Company Axis Bank is the third largest private sector bank in India The Bank offers the entire spectrum of financial services to customer segments covering Large and Mid-Corporates MSME Agriculture and Retail Businesses The Bank has a large footprint of 4 594 domestic branches including extension counters with 11 333 ATMs 5 710 cash recyclers spread across the country as on 31st March 2021 The Bank has 6 Virtual Centres and has over 1500 Virtual Relationship Managers as on 31st March 2021 The Overseas operations of the Bank are spread over eight international offices with branches at Singapore Dubai at DIFC and Gift City-IBU representative offices at Dhaka Dubai Abu Dhabi Sharjah and an Overseas subsidiary at London UK The international offices focus on Corporate Lending Trade Finance Syndication Investment Banking and Liability Businesses
