As we expand our digital footprint and build scalable education solutions, we're looking for a proactive Management Intern to support internal operations, project coordination, and strategic execution.

Role Overview

The Management Intern will play a key supporting role across departments working directly with leadership, marketing, content, and operations teams. If you enjoy multitasking, managing people and processes, and want to get real-world business exposure in education-tech and content-led ecosystems, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination:

- Assist in the execution of ongoing projects across departments.
- Follow up on deliverables and timelines.
- Prepare project status reports and updates.

Operational Support:

- Help in maintaining documentation, task tracking, and team coordination.
- Work with HR, content, and marketing to streamline team schedules and priorities.
- Support onboarding, training, and internal communications.

Management Assistance:

- Shadow team leads and founders during key meetings, take notes, and coordinate follow-ups.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and strategy drafts when required.
- Monitor performance metrics and KPIs for small teams or assigned projects.

Preferred Skills

- Pursuing or recently completed MBA / BBA / PGDM or related management degree
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong time management, organization, and follow-through
- Good with Excel, Google Workspace, and project management tools
- High ownership and a willingness to learn hands-on
