Primary Job Title: Digital Marketing Specialist (high-performing standardized title) Role & Responsibilities - Plan, build and execute multi-channel digital campaigns (paid search, social, display, and remarketing) to drive lead generation and platform engagement across India. - Manage and optimise Google Ads and Meta campaignsset budgets, A/B test creatives, refine targeting, and improve ROAS and CPA. - Drive organic growth through on-page and technical SEO improvements, keyword strategy, and content optimisation. - Implement tracking and measurement using Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager; produce weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights. - Create and maintain a content & social calendar, coordinate creatives with design, and run community-building initiatives on key channels. - Collaborate with sales and product teams to convert campaign traffic into high-quality leads and optimise conversion funnels. Skills & Qualifications Must-Have - Google Analytics 4 - Google Ads - Meta Ads Manager - Google Tag Manager - SEO - SEM - PPC - Social Media Marketing Preferred - Semrush - HubSpot - WordPress Qualifications & Profile - Proven hands-on experience executing end-to-end digital campaigns and performance optimisations. - Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate analytics into actionable growth tactics. - Comfortable working on-site in India and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams.
