Job Description Location: Bangalore (Hybrid) Type: Full-time, Fixed-Term Contract 6 months (possibility of extension) Experience Required: 57 years in product design with consumer product expertise We are hiring a Product Designer to craft mobile-first consumer experiences that are visually engaging, intuitive, and impactful. This role requires both creative craft and system-level thinking, as you'll design journeys used by thousands of end users daily. You'll take ownership of product design from concept to delivery, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure usability, accessibility, and visual excellence. Key Responsibilities - Lead design for B2C mobile and web applications, ensuring user journeys are seamless and engaging. - Translate user research and product requirements into clear, compelling design solutions. - Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI assets for mobile-first experiences. - Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and marketing teams to align on goals and execution. - Develop and maintain scalable design systems to ensure consistency across the product ecosystem. - Conduct usability testing with real users to validate and iterate on designs. - Stay updated on mobile design trends and apply best practices for consumer apps. - Ensure accessibility and inclusivity across all features and platforms. What You Bring - 57 years of product design experience, with a strong focus on consumer-facing and mobile-first projects. - A portfolio showcasing end-to-end product design and visual excellence. - Proficiency in Figma and prototyping tools, with an eye for detail and polish. - Strong understanding of mobile UX patterns, motion, and micro-interactions. - Experience working cross-functionally with product and engineering teams. - Clear communication, problem-solving mindset, and stakeholder management skills.
