Position: Sourcing Specialist (French Speaking) Location: Chennai Experience: 0-4 Years Employment Type: Contract Work Schedule: Monday to Friday | 6:30 PM – 3:30 AM IST We are looking for a Sourcer to join our Canada Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate should be proficient in speaking and reading French, with a passion for recruitment and talent engagement. Key Responsibilities - Achieve staffing objectives by identifying and sourcing the right candidates for open and critical roles. - Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure hiring goals are met. - Screen candidates based on eligibility criteria and assist them through the registration process on the TCS Careers portal. - Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and qualifications with hiring managers. - Source potential candidates through databases, internal systems, social media, and employee referral programs. - Advertise job openings across career pages, job boards, and social media platforms to attract suitable talent. Required Skills & Qualifications - Proficiency in French (reading and speaking) is mandatory. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. - Prior experience in recruitment/sourcing is an advantage but not mandatory.
