About Talent500 INC Talent500 helps companies hire build and manage global teams We are trusted by the worlds leading companies - from Fortune 500s to fast-growth startups - to help them build and run their high-impact remote teams Today Talent500 is the fastest growing remote team builder in the world Our suite of proprietary AI-enabled tools and products provide businesses with an end-to-end platform to build their global teams This includes access to a Global Talent Network of 300 000 professionals globally and tools to manage contracting payroll and benefits without the hassle of setting up legal entities or infrastructure We are backed by Accel Partners ANSR a global leader and enterprise transformation platform For the last 15 years the worlds leading organisations have trusted ANSR to transform their businesses by building technology and innovation hubs in talent-rich locations Principal Engineer Oracle ERP GL and Subledger Accounting About the Role As a Principal Engineer in the Global ERP Engineering team you will be a senior-most builder responsible for leading end-to-end design configuration and deployment of Oracle ERP Finance solutions You will bring deep expertise in General Ledger Subledger Accounting and EPM integration ensuring alignment with enterprise finance transformation standards Operating across multiple functional domains you will define reusable patterns influence solution architecture and mentor peers to raise the overall capability of the team We pride ourselves on encouraging a culture of innovation agile ways of working and transparency in all we do Join us in embodying the spirit of the Un-carrier and make a tangible impact What You Will Do Lead design and delivery of Oracle Fusion GL and Subledger Accounting processes including rules for Cash Management Payables Receivables and Fixed Assets ensuring compliance with US Reporting requirements Define and enforce solution architecture patterns for ERPEPM integrations covering FCCS ARCS EDMCS and EPRCS Oversee end-to-end lifecycle delivery requirements design configuration testing documentation cutover deployment and hypercare support Partner with Finance leadership to align technology capabilities with close budgeting and reporting cycles Provide architectural oversight for data flows reconciliations EDMCS governance and reporting across ERP and EPM Lead design and oversight of integrations within Oracle ERP EPM and with external T-Mobile platforms and vendor-owned applications ensuring secure scalable and resilient data flows Mentor Engineers and Senior Engineers guiding technical reviews and ensuring solution quality Collaborate with enterprise architects and global ERP leaders to drive long-term roadmap execution What You Will Bring 12 -15 years of Oracle ERP EPM experience with proven delivery of Fusion GL and Subledger Accounting modules Strong expertise in integrating General Ledger with ERP and EPM modules Deep understanding of finance business processes including GL close sub-ledger accounting reconciliations consolidation and reporting Outstanding leadership critical thinking and problem-solving skills with the ability to set direction and exercise sound judgment Proven experience leading multi-phase ERP EPM implementations with SDLC methodology Strong communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and mentor global teams High level of adaptability and resilience in fast-changing environments Strong customer focus and ability to translate complex finance requirements into practical solutions Must Have Skills Oracle GL and Subledger Accounting Nice-to-Have Oracle Certifications ERP EPM are preferred and Principal Engineers are expected to maintain certifications to support delivery excellence Exposure to tax and regulatory reporting IFRS GAAP Familiarity with cloud-native tools OIC OTBI BI Publisher and Smart View Experience working in large global matrix organizations
