Job Summary The Performance Marketing Manager is responsible for driving customer acquisition engagement and revenue growth through data-driven digital marketing B2B and B2C campaigns This role focuses on optimizing paid media channels e g Google Ads Meta LinkedIn programmatic and affiliate marketing to maximize ROI and meet business KPIs Key Responsibilities Campaign Strategy Execution - Develop implement and manage multi-channel performance marketing campaigns paid search social display programmatic email and affiliate - Allocate budgets efficiently across campaigns to achieve cost-per-acquisition CPA return on ad spend ROAS and conversion rate targets - Conduct A B testing ad creatives landing pages audiences to improve campaign performance Data Analysis Optimization - Monitor campaign performance daily using tools like Google Analytics Meta Ads Manager and CRM platforms - Optimize bids targeting and ad placements based on data insights - Identify trends and adjust strategies to improve KPIs CTR CVR LTV Budget ROI Management - Track and report on campaign spend vs performance metrics - Ensure campaigns align with budgetary constraints while scaling profitable channels Collaboration Reporting - Work with creative content and product teams to align campaigns with brand messaging and customer journeys - Provide regular reports to stakeholders on campaign results insights and recommendations Emerging Trends Tools - Stay updated on digital marketing trends algorithm changes and new ad platforms tools e g AI-driven optimization - Test innovative tactics to improve audience targeting and conversion rates Qualifications Skills - Experience 1-3 years in performance marketing paid media or digital advertising Technical Skills - Proficiency in Google Ads Meta Ads Manager Google Analytics and CRM platforms - Knowledge of tracking tools UTM parameters Google Tag Manager - Familiarity with A B testing and attribution models - SEO Experience and knowledge preferred- Analytical Mindset Strong data analysis and Excel skills pivot tables Looker Tableau or SQL is a plus - Soft Skills Detail-oriented results-driven and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment - Bonus Experience in Recruitment Job Industry preferred Performance Metrics - ROAS CPA conversion rates CTR and customer acquisition costs - Growth in qualified leads or sales attributed to campaigns - Efficiency in budget utilization and scaling ref updazz com
