Job Description

We are hiring an experienced SME/Architect for HILS (Hardware-in-the-Loop) Validation, focusing on DSPACE tools, to take ownership of validation processes for automotive systems. As an SME, you will be expected to lead the validation efforts across the entire product lifecycle, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, reliable automotive systems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and oversee the HILS validation process for automotive systems, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.
- Expertise in working with DSPACE tools for hardware and software testing in automotive environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and develop validation strategies for various automotive components.
- Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle, from design to implementation, testing, and final delivery.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members and guide them through best practices in HILS testing.
- Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure timelines, quality standards, and customer requirements are met.
- Troubleshoot and resolve validation issues, ensuring effective solutions for complex automotive systems.
- Continuously evaluate and optimize HILS validation processes to improve efficiency and reduce validation time.

Qualifications:

- 10-16 years of experience in automotive validation, specifically in HILS/DSPACE.
- Strong background in automotive system validation, hardware and software integration, and testing.
- Proficiency in HILS testing methodologies and hands-on experience with DSPACE systems.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive ECUs, embedded systems, and related validation tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-functional teams.
- Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with industry standards and best practices in automotive testing.
- Prior experience in project management or leading teams in validation projects.
- Strong analytical skills with an ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
