We’re seeking a highly organized and forward-thinking Tech Project Manager who can bridge the gap between clients, business opportunities, and technical teams. Key Responsibilities: Client Communication & Engagement Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clarity, trust, and transparency at all stages of the project. Actively listen to client requirements, anticipate needs, and translate them into actionable briefs for the tech team. Build long-term client relationships by providing tailored solutions, proactive recommendations, and value-driven outcomes . Proposals, Pitches & Business Growth Develop and deliver strong technical and commercial proposals that directly address client briefs and objectives. Create and present impactful pitches to win new business, showcasing the company’s expertise and innovation. Recommend better tech stacks, architectures, and platforms to provide clients with scalable, future-proof, and cost-efficient solutions. Identify new business opportunities and change requests within ongoing projects, ensuring the company adds value at every stage. Project Planning & Execution Develop clear, comprehensive project plans with defined scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery without compromising quality. Lead projects from initial pitches through launch, scaling, and optimization phases. Ensure seamless integration of new technologies for apps, web builds, and media-led initiatives. Coordinate with the CTO to ensure project timelines are being met and regular follow-ups are done. Take full ownership of projects end-to-end, ensuring all aspects are managed and delivered successfully. Develop and update documents required to follow processes and execution like SLA documents. Provide solutions for all technical queries and ensure the tech team adheres to timelines. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA testers, fostering a collaborative environment. Demonstrate a dynamic personality to inspire confidence in teams, vendors, and clients. Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status, risks, and changes. Communicate confidently with clients and internal teams to ensure clarity on project requirements. Project Timelines: Be very strict on following project timelines, recognizing that every delay is an additional cost to the company. Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and quality. Agile Management: Implement and manage Scrum processes (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives), facilitating all Agile ceremonies to enhance team collaboration and productivity. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with media, SEO, and UI/UX teams to ensure that projects meet design, usability, and marketing standards. Vendor Coordination: Engage with external vendors to coordinate project deliverables across different platforms, ensuring quality and adherence to timelines. Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, identifying business opportunities and providing tailored software solutions to meet their needs. Prepare proposals and provide recommendations for client projects. Innovation & Solution Development Continuously monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to introduce new innovations and tech-driven solutions to clients. Provide solution-oriented recommendations that enhance business impact and client satisfaction. Address client queries with comprehensive, forward-looking responses backed by technical expertise. Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to best practices and standards in software development and project management to deliver high-quality products. Budget Management: Oversee project budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively and projects are delivered within financial constraints. Continuous Improvement: Promote a culture of continuous improvement by analyzing project performance and implementing lessons learned. Performance Analysis: Evaluate project outcomes and team performance post-delivery, gathering insights to improve future projects. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field. 5-7 years of experience in software project management, specifically with website and mobile app development, portals, and other tech solutions. Strong understanding of software development processes and experience as a software engineer (familiarity with languages like JavaScript, Python, or Swift is a plus). Proven experience in Agile/Scrum project management, with relevant certifications (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), PMI-ACP). Excellent leadership and team management abilities. Must be dynamic, confident, and capable of communicating with teams, vendors, and clients. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; English fluency is a must. Professional client presence: well-dressed, well-groomed, confident and an extrovert Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to adapt to changing priorities. Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identify challenges and provide solutions. Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Asana) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Microsoft Teams). Experience in managing relationships with external vendors and ensuring successful project delivery across multiple platforms. Strong skills in building and maintaining client relationships, including proposal preparation and business opportunity identification. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with web development technologies (HTML, CSS, ASP.Net, JavaScript frameworks). Knowledge of Sitecore and PHP is a plus. Understanding of mobile app development frameworks (e.g., React Native, Flutter). Experience working with UX/UI designers to ensure user-centric design principles are followed.
