Job Description We are seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Executive Malayalam) to join our political communication team. The ideal candidate should be passionate about social media, current affairs, and political trends with a strong understanding of the Malayalam-speaking audience. The role involves managing, creating, and optimizing content across multiple digital platforms to strengthen the political communication strategy and outreach. Key Responsibilities: Requirements: Job Title: Social Media Executive Malayalam) Manage and handle official social media pages and profiles in Malayalam across platforms Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube, etc.). Create engaging, politically relevant content including posts, captions, videos, reels, and stories in Malayalam. Translate and adapt political messages and campaigns into impactful Malayalam digital content. Plan and execute social media campaigns, live coverages, and online engagement during political events and campaigns. Monitor trends, audience behavior, and social media analytics to optimize reach and engagement. Coordinate with the design, video, and communication teams to ensure timely posting and consistent messaging. Stay updated with Malayalam political narratives, news cycles, and regional issues. Respond to public comments and messages professionally and strategically. Support campaign activities during travel or on-ground political events when required Requirements: Bachelors degree in Mass Communication, Journalism, Political Science, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management, preferably in a political organization or digital campaign team. Strong command over Malayalam and Hindi English. Excellent understanding of political communication and social media trends. Ability to handle multiple projects under tight timelines. Basic skills in Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools (preferred). Flexibility to travel during campaign periods. Preferred Skills: Creative content writing and captioning in Malayalam. Knowledge of Malayalam meme trends and political pages. Experience in digital advertising or influencer coordination is a plus.
