What You'll Do - Maintain & improve backend services powering customer portals and field apps - Build APIs, manage databases, and deploy on cloud (AWS preferred) - Debug, optimize, and ensure reliability at scale - Support internal tools & automation for operations and CX teams - Write clean, maintainable code — and make it a little better every day - Learn and grow alongside experienced engineers who truly care about craft 👀 What We're Looking For - 2–4 years experience building backend systems using Python (Django / Flask / FastAPI) - Hands-on with SQL and REST APIs - Basic knowledge of AWS / Docker / Linux (or eagerness to learn fast) - Ownership mindset — you care about uptime, performance, and real users - Curiosity to understand the full system — from devices to dashboards - Comfortable working from our Mumbai office with a collaborative, close-knit team 🌟 Why Join Us - Work on real IoT + data products used nationwide - Learn directly from experienced engineers & product builders - Stable company with startup-like speed, backed by Mahindra - Flat, open culture — contribution matters more than pedigree - Proven long-term team culture with very low attrition 🙌
