Job Description Educational Qualification: - Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Data Analytics, Computer Science. - Lateral hires considered. Role Overview: We are seeking a skilled Data Analyst with strong expertise in SQL, ETL processes, and data visualization. The role involves designing complex queries, integrating data across platforms, and creating actionable insights through dashboards and reports. Key Responsibilities: - Design, write, and optimize complex SQL queries within MS SQL Server or equivalent relational databases. - Support data-driven solutions with robust query logic and performance tuning. - Develop, troubleshoot, and optimize ETL processes using tools such as SSIS or Azure Data Factory. - Build and enhance dashboards in Tableau (preferred) to translate datasets into actionable business insights. - Utilize Microsoft Office tools, including advanced Excel (formulas, VBA) and Access, for database solutions and workflow enhancements. - Analyze data, solve complex problems, and communicate insights clearly to stakeholders at all levels. Required Skills: - Advanced SQL expertise (MS SQL Server or comparable RDBMS) - ETL tools proficiency (SSIS, Azure Data Factory preferred) - Data visualization experience (Tableau preferred) - Microsoft Office Suite: Excel (advanced formulas, VBA), Access - Analytical reasoning and problem-solving - Clear written and verbal communication skills
