What Youll Do

Operations Excellence: Streamline processes, track KPIs, and ensure flawless execution.

Strategic Planning: Assist founders in market research, analysis, and growth strategy.

Growth & Marketing: Support campaigns, partnerships, and digital initiatives.

Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders partners, vendors.

What Were Looking For

MBA fresher or 12 years experience in ops/marketing/strategy.

Strong analytical skills with exceptional communication.

Process-driven and highly organized.
