Role Description

About the Role:

We're looking for a sharp and proactive Operations Intern to support the founder in managing day-to-day operational tasks. You'll play a key role in researching, identifying, and coordinating with vendors, ensuring smooth execution of ongoing tasks and projects. This is a high-exposure role for someone who wants to experience how a startup functions at the ground level.

Key Responsibilities:

- Research and shortlist vendors based on specific requirements
- Communicate with vendors to share requirements and collect information/quotes
- Schedule and coordinate meetings or calls with vendors and service providers
- Track progress of deliverables and maintain clear records of all interactions
- Support the founder in operational follow-ups and basic administrative tasks
- Provide regular status updates and highlight any issues or bottlenecks

What We're Looking For:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (spoken and written)
- Proactive and solution-oriented mindset
- Good at organizing information and following up without reminders
- Comfortable with tools like Google Sheets, email, and basic documentation
- Ability to multitask and handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment

Good to Have:

- Prior internship experience in operations, admin, or communications
- Interest in startups, vendor management, or business operations

This is a paid Internship for 3-4 months.
