Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position for a Nursing Educator based in Gurugram. Nursing Educator will be responsible for planning and organizing lessons, delivering educational sessions, and conducting training programs for healthcare staff. The role involves creating engaging curriculum materials, promoting evidence-based practices, and supporting the continuous professional development of the nursing team. The Nursing Educator will also evaluate training effectiveness and ensure compliance with best practices in patient care. Qualifications - Proficiency in Lesson Planning and Education to create structured and effective learning experiences. - Strong skills in Communication to convey information clearly and build effective relationships. - Experience in Teaching and Training to guide and mentor nursing staff effectively. - Strong organizational and assessment skills to evaluate learning outcomes and implement improvements. - Relevant qualifications in nursing, education, or healthcare, with a degree or certification in nursing or a related field. - Ability to work collaboratively in a healthcare setting and adapt to the dynamic needs of the team. - Experience in reproductive health or infertility care is an advantage.
