Team Leadership - Lead and motivate the sales executives to meet and exceed their sales commitment. - Provide guidance, coaching, and training to team members on customer service, product knowledge, and sales skills. - Monitor and evaluate team KPI performance, offering feedback and support to them for their performance improvement. - Encourage employees to work in a happy and customer-focused environment. Sales & Customer Service - Provide personalized customer service to all clients, offering expert advice on jewelry products. (e.g., diamonds, gemstones, metals). - Assist customers in making purchasing decisions based on their needs and preferences. - Drive sales through effective customer engagement and upselling techniques. - Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner. Store Operations - Ensure the store is visually appealing, with displays and stock presented to a high standard. - Assist with stock management, including inventory counts, daily stock replenishment. - Maintain a high standard of security and educate sales executives within the store to protect valuable products. - Oversee daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, closing stock reconciliation. - Oversee product displays to ensure they are appealing and well-organized. Training & Development - Conduct training sessions on new products, promotions, and jewelry industry trends. - Keep the team updated on company policies, procedures, and standards. - Mentor and support new team members, ensuring they adapt quickly to our organization culture. Reporting & Analysis - Monitor sales performance and provide reports to the branch manager and the management. - Analyze customer buying patterns to identify opportunities for sales growth. - Help to implement promotion - all campaigns (Diamond Mela, Bangle Mela, etc.) and monitor the effectiveness. - To know competitor pricing and their key activities through field visits and mystery shopping every 3 months once.
