Role Overview As a Lead Motion Designer at Glance Pvt Ltd, you'll drive the motion design strategy for our platforms, creating dynamic visuals that engage millions of users. Key Responsibilities - Motion Strategy Leadership: Define and execute a motion design strategy, taking ownership of visual excellence. - Team Leadership: Mentor and manage motion designers, fostering a high-performing, creative environment with accountability. - End-to-End Execution: Oversee motion design from concept to implementation, hustling to deliver impactful animations. - Strategic Collaboration: Partner with UX/UI, product, and engineering teams to align motion with business goals. - Innovate Design Systems: Lead the evolution of Glance's design system with scalable motion guidelines, contributing bold ideas. What We're Looking For - 710 years of motion design experience, with 2+ years in a leadership role. - Exceptional portfolio showcasing innovative animations and micro-interactions. - Proficiency in After Effects, Principle, Lottie, and strategic execution. - Strong leadership, accountability, and hustle to inspire teams and stakeholders.
