Overview HSO is seeking an experienced D365 F O Finance Functional Architect to lead and manage implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 for Finance and Operations This remote role offers the opportunity to work on complex projects across various industries while guiding clients through their digital transformations Key Responsibilities Lead the functional design implementation and optimization of D365 Finance and Operations modules Engage with clients to understand their business processes and provide strategic solutions that enhance operational efficiency Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional specifications Ensure that the solutions adhere to best practices and follow defined methodologies throughout the project lifecycle Collaborate with technical teams to design and execute system integrations and enhancements Provide mentorship and leadership to junior consultants and assist them in their professional development Stay current with the latest D365 updates features and industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients and the team Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process Requirements Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Finance Accounting Business Administration or a related field 12 years of experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F O projects Deep knowledge of financial processes including accounts payable receivable general ledger and fixed assets Proven track record of leading multiple end-to-end D365 F O implementations Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders Certifications in Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations are a plus Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment Benefits Benefits Health Insurance Food Coupons Gym and Telephone Internet bill Reimbursement PF NPS Optional HSO Perks Great Work Culture
