Job Description Title: Senior Principal Designer - Piping Layout Job Title Senior Principal Layout Designer KBR Sustainable Technology Solutions (STS) provides holistic and value-added solutions across the entire asset life cycle. These include world-class licensed process technologies, differentiated advisory services, deep technical domain expertise, energy transition solutions, high-end design capabilities, and smart solutions to optimize planned and operating assets. KBR is looking for Principal Layout Designer who possess experience in working within the piping design team on onshore projects and ensuring piping design integrity is not compromised while managing the execution of the project. Functional job responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Develop unit plot plans/equipment layouts - Layout optimisation study - Preparation of MTO - Review of Vendor package Required Education, Experience, & Skills: - Candidate should be a Diploma in Mechanical / Chemical - Excellent knowledge in S3D,E3D MS Office, AutoCAD & MicroStation. - Good knowledge in mechanical handling concepts - Good Knowledge of support selection and modelling. Special support drawing creation is preferable - Good knowledge in ISO checking and back drafting and support ISO team on project needs - Excellent skill to guide young designers - Good knowledge in conceptual layout study - Good Communication skills - 15 - 22 years of experience in above skills & responsibilities - Knowledge in PML macros development will be considered an added advantage - Experience in LNG will be considered an added advantage
