As a Technical Trainer & Subject Matter Expert, you will deliver evening training sessions using company-provided structured content. You'll guide React and Spring Boot. The role offers a great opportunity to strengthen your teaching skills while contributing to the growth of aspiring developers. Requirements - 0 to 2 years of experience in training, teaching, or mentoring - Proficiency in the listed web and software development technologies, mainly React and Spring Boot. - Strong communication and classroom handling skills - Ability to engage and support students in an online learning environment - Reliable internet connection and a distraction-free workspace - Availability for the mentioned time slot (7 PM to 10 PM, MonFri) Day-to-day Roles and Responsibilities - Conduct live online training sessions from 7 PM to 10 PM, Monday to Friday. - Teach core web and software development topics using the provided structured content. - Guide and mentor students by resolving doubts and reviewing their assignments. - Ensure sessions are interactive, practical, and aligned with industry standards. - Track student progress and provide feedback to improve their learning outcomes. - Collaborate with the internal team to enhance content and session quality. - Maintain a professional and student-friendly training environment throughout the course.
