Job Title IT - Sr Manager Location Pune HORequired Qualification Bachelor s degree in information technology Computer Science or a related field A master s degree is a plus Required Experience Minimum of 12-15 years of experience in IT infrastructure management The IT Infrastructure Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the design implementation and maintenance of the company s IT infrastructure including servers networks and telephony systems This role ensures that the IT infrastructure supports the business needs meets performance standards and is resilient against disruptions The IT Infrastructure Operations Manager will lead a team of IT professionals and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless and efficient IT operations Key Skill Strong knowledge of cloud services AWS Office 365 and experience with cloud migration Proven experience in managing wireless LAN and telephony systems Strong leadership and team management skills Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities Strong communication and interpersonal skills Experience with disaster recovery and business continuity planning Experience in hiring managing and retaining a team of talent technology professionals Strong teamwork and communication skills Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Knowledge of industry-standard computer hardware and software systems Familiarity with software platforms including Microsoft 365 e g Outlook MS Exchange SharePoint MS Projects VISIO Power BI AWS and Google Cloud Responsibility Infrastructure Management Oversee the management and maintenance of all servers cloud infrastructure and network systems Ensure the IT infrastructure is scalable secure and resilient Manage wireless LAN and telephony systems ensuring optimal performance and availability Cloud Services Administer and optimize cloud-based solutions including AWS and Office 365 Ensure efficient integration of cloud services with on-premises infrastructure Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Develop implement and maintain Disaster Recovery DR and Business Continuity Plans BCP in line with cloud services Conduct regular DR and BCP testing and updates Team Leadership Lead and mentor a team of IT professionals fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment Manage staff scheduling to ensure 8x6 service availability and support Vendor Management Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers Ensure service level agreements SLAs are met and negotiate contracts as needed Security and Compliance Ensure IT infrastructure adheres to security standards and compliance requirements Implement security measures and conduct regular audits Project Management Plan and oversee IT infrastructure projects from conception to completion Coordinate with other departments to align IT projects with business objectives Budget Management Develop and manage the IT infrastructure budget Optimize costs while maintaining high levels of service and performance Performance Monitoring and Reporting Monitor infrastructure performance and generate regular reports for senior management Identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes
