Counsel students regarding abroad education opportunities such as regarding Country Course Universities and program selection and career planning Will be responsible for the counselling of Canada USA UK Aus NZ etc Receive client details and judge the suitability of the candidate for the course and university of his her choice and accordingly give guidance Provide accurate information regarding the study abroad programs courses colleges and universities and countries like Canada USA UK Aus NZ etc Analyze the mind-set of the students who are interested in abroad education and motivate and encourage clients to take up the course Provide the accurate information of Application fees and about the Tuition fee for the particular course Advise students on application procedures visa applications applying for accommodation and preparing students for their studies in the overseas Provide all the information sought precisely by the parent and or student Clarifying doubts in filling up of form or doubts of any other nature Share in detail about the course for abroad Education i e for Diploma Bachelor s and Masters all stream Ensure parent student leaves with a positive word of mouth which can bring more clients and increase referrals Stay updated about the various study abroad programs offered by college universities and use the knowledge in helping students Stay updated about any changes in Embassy rules or any Specific requirement change happen in any country for study Help students with every detail from registration to Fly to the host country Maintain a proper database of Walk-Ins students counseled Applicant s Registered and applications sent to abroad Assisting with activities to promote Universities represented by the Company Actively handle pre-submission team and post-submission team and guide them for their respective work Make sure that pre-submission team completes all missing documents requirement of student s application on time and upload them into CRM Make sure that all application assigned to post-submission team has submitted on time as per decided timeline Requirements Bachelor s degree in any stream High level of computer proficiency with fast typing speed Proficient in English to understand and communicate Previous experience of dealing with student admission to foreign universities Good written and verbal communication skills Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment and dealing with stressful situations Benefits We Offer great opportunities for personal and professional development in an international company The role comes with a competitive salary package and various benefits Furthermore you will be a part of a dedicated group of colleagues who value teamwork and collaboration We Offer a dynamic working environment with dedicated colleagues opportunities for personal and professional development and of course an attractive salary package
