Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Physics Teacher to teach middle school students Grades 6-8 The teacher will be responsible for developing engaging lesson plans fostering a positive learning environment and ensuring conceptual clarity in foundational physics while integrating hands-on activities and real-world applications Key Responsibilities Plan prepare and deliver lessons in Physics for Grades 6-8 in alignment with the school curriculum board guidelines Create interactive student-centered learning experiences through experiments demonstrations and technology integration Assess evaluate and record students progress through tests projects and classroom participation Provide individual support and guidance to students to enhance their academic performance Foster scientific curiosity critical thinking and problem-solving skills Maintain discipline in the classroom and ensure a safe respectful learning environment Collaborate with colleagues to plan interdisciplinary projects and contribute to school events and activities Communicate effectively with parents guardians regarding student progress and concerns Stay updated with modern teaching strategies pedagogical tools and subject advancements Qualifications and Skills Essential Bachelor s degree in Physics Science with specialization in Physics from a recognized university Bachelor of Education B Ed is compulsory Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience at middle school level Grades 6-8 Strong knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching practices Excellent communication and classroom management skills Proficiency in using digital tools smart boards and online learning platforms Job Type Full-time Pay 360 000 00 - 420 000 00 per year Benefits Health insurance Provident Fund Work Location In person
