Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Graphic Designer / Visual Communication Specialist to develop engaging and impactful visual content across digital and print media. This role will support our branding, marketing, and communication initiatives, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver creative solutions aligned with Blink Charging's brand identity. The ideal candidate will bring a strong design portfolio, creativity, and expertise in Adobe Creative Suite, with the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring high-quality output. Key Responsibilities: - Design and develop marketing materials such as banners, brochures, posters, presentations, and social media graphics. - Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels. - Assist in developing and updating brand assets including logos, icons, templates, and guidelines. - Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to execute design projects. - Create mockups, wireframes, and prototypes for new products/features. - Support multimedia projects with video editing and motion graphics (when required). Required Skillset: - Strong creative thinking and visual storytelling skills. - Proven ability to work with brand guidelines and style guides. - Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro). - Strong time management, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities. - Ability to deliver projects under tight deadlines without compromising quality. - Experience in motion graphics and animation (a plus). Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field. - 8+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in branding, marketing, or corporate communications. - Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in both digital and print design.
