Job Description Key Responsibilities: - Core IT Operations: Oversee and manage day-to-day IT operations to ensure the seamless functioning of all IT systems. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues. - Maintenance of IT Infrastructure: Supervise the maintenance and upgrade of IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and other hardware. Ensure high availability and reliability of IT systems. - Information and Cyber Security: Implement and maintain robust security measures to protect company data and IT assets. Monitor and respond to security incidents and vulnerabilities. - SAP Basis and Security: Administer SAP basis and ensure the security of SAP systems. Conduct regular system audits and compliance checks. - Product Development and Integrations: Support the development and integration of new technological solutions - support the internal stakeholders and external vendors in product development, management and operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new products. - General IT Operations: Serve as a versatile resource for IT operations, handling various tasks as required. Lead and support new product deployments and integrations. Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. - Proven experience in IT operations, infrastructure maintenance, and cyber security. - Knowledge of SAP basis and security. - Experience with product development and integrations. - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. - Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
