The team The Enabling Area – Information Technology team is responsible for building & maintaining different applications for Deloitte South Asia that focuses on providing employee experience. Your work profile As an Assistant Manager in our IT Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: - We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior SharePoint Developer/Assistant Manager to lead the design, development, and maintenance of SharePoint-based solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform, and Microsoft 365 integrations. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure, and user-friendly solutions that enhance business productivity. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and deploy custom SharePoint solutions using SPFx, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Azure services. - Migrate legacy SharePoint environments (e.g., 2013/2016) to SharePoint Online. - Customize SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, and workflows to meet business requirements. - Integrate SharePoint with Microsoft 365 tools and third-party applications. - Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers. - Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting. - Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements. - Ensure solutions adhere to best practices in security, governance, and compliance. Desired qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. - 5+ years of experience in SharePoint development, including SharePoint Online. - Proficiency in SPFx, React, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3. - Strong experience with Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI). - Experience with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, and Azure AD integration. - Familiarity with SharePoint PnP, CSOM, JSOM, and CAML queries. - Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills. - Knowledge of PowerShell Scripts is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: - Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-600, PL-400, or equivalent). - Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies. - Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for SharePoint solutions. Location and way of working - Base location: Delhi - This profile does not involve extensive travel for work. - Hybrid is our default way of working.
