Job Description

The candidate should have following qualities,

a. Expertise in AutoCAD is a must. Knowledge in other software like Revit will be preferred including knowledge of BIM Model coordination

b. Candidate should have experience in coordination with other Specialised Consultants like Structure, MEP, Landscape, ID, Facade, VT etc.

c. should have an understanding of Structural & services requirements in the project.

d. Should be smart & presentable & able to attend meetings with the Client/ Consultants indecently.

e. Should be able to manage team of Jr. Architects & draughtsman.

f. Should be able to work on multiple projects

g. Should be able to deliver the deliverables on time as per the schedule agreed with the client.

h. Should be able to maintain Minutes of Meetings, Site visit reports, Important issues like delays, rework, variations etc.
