Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and other administrative tasks to support the staff and management.
Coordination: Work closely with various departments to ensure smooth operational flow.
Compliance: Ensure all administrative processes comply with institutional policies and local regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field.
2+ years of experience in an administrative role (preferably in an educational setting).
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other administrative software.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
