Roles and Responsibilities:

- Lead the architecture, design, and implementation of generative AI solutions using state-of-the-art machine learning and deep learning techniques.
- Architect and deploy scalable AI solutions on Azure cloud, utilizing Azure AI services, storage, and compute resources.
- Integrate generative AI models into web-based products and services, collaborating with front-end developers on JavaScript, React, or Next.js.
- Design, develop, and maintain robust RESTful APIs using FastAPI for serving AI models and integrating with web or enterprise applications.
- Design, build, and optimize AI agent workflows and applications using LangChain and LangGraph for complex, multi-step reasoning and orchestration.
- Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product managers to translate business requirements into robust, production-ready AI systems.
- Ensure best practices for AI model development, including data ingestion, preprocessing, model training, validation, and deployment.
- Drive adoption of MLOps and DevOps practices on Azure for continuous integration and delivery of AI models.
- Stay abreast of the latest advancements in generative AI, cloud AI services, and web frameworks; disseminate insights to the broader team.
- Champion the ethical use of AI, ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation and technical excellence.
- Communicate complex technical concepts and project outcomes to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Primary / Mandatory Skills:

- (Optional) Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, with a strong focus on generative AI models (GANs, VAEs, LLMs, etc.).
- Proven expertise in architecting and deploying AI solutions on Azure (Azure ML, Azure Cognitive Services, Azure Databricks, etc.).
- Hands-on experience developing and deploying RESTful APIs using FastAPI.
- Expertise in building AI agent workflows using LangChain and LangGraph.
- Proficiency in Python and major AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
- Solid understanding of cloud computing concepts, security, scalability, and cost optimization on Azure.
- Experience integrating AI models into web applications; familiarity with front-end frameworks such as JavaScript, React, or Next.js.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities.

Secondary / Desired Skills:

- Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and serverless architectures.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and CI/CD pipelines on Azure.
- Knowledge of data visualization libraries and user experience (UX) best practices.
- Contributions to open-source AI/ML projects or research publications.
- Experience in full-stack development is a plus.

Education Qualification:

BE, BTech, MCA

Certifications (if any):

Azure AI/ML certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate), Python, AI/ML modeling, and relevant cloud and front-end framework certifications.
